At Seraphyx, every piece is produced with intention.
Most items released through the site are offered as limited preorders to prevent overproduction and preserve exclusivity.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 weeks for preorder production and fulfillment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Limited Releases
Many Seraphyx pieces are produced in limited quantities and may not restock once sold out.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Seraphyx is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Seraphyx is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
